Relationship Manager

Focus Partners Wealth seeks a motivated and qualified individual for the position of the Relationship Manager (RM). The RM is a knowledge leader on the FPAS offering and tools and proactively manages assigned relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned Advisors on the platform. The RM is an organized individual that prioritizes time and resources to ensure they deliver a high-level experience to Advisors to both retain and grow assets on the FPAS platform. As an integral member of the regional team, the RM is responsible for meeting growth goals for assigned firms as well as collaborating with Regional Directors and Divisional Managers in support of all advisors in their region. Primary Responsibilities Manages assigned advisor relationships through consistent, proactive outreach as well as attentive service to inbound advisor requests to meet asset retention and growth goals. Educates advisors on our services by effectively articulating the firm's value proposition in investments, planning and operations. Partners with Regional Directors and Divisional Managers to demonstrate tools and resources to prospective advisors. Articulates with expertise the options available from a contract, platform and offering perspective for prospective advisors. Owner of the onboarding experience for new advisors, coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure appropriate training is delivered and introductions to key resources and teams are made. Demonstrates expertise on FPAS tools to support advisors' by generating client proposals and portfolio analysis, delivering up to date and relevant investment research/marketing materials, and introducing third party offerings and resources as appropriate. Tracks all Advisor communications and ensures accurate firm/personnel related information in Salesforce. Manages weekly follow up tasks for the region and ensures the accuracy of the prospect pipeline and client satisfaction rating within Salesforce. Assists advisors in delivering the Design I Build I Protect experience by maintaining proficiency in the FPAS investment philosophy, model portfolios and alternative investment strategies, and the trading experience delivered through each of our platforms. Takes ownership of advisor needs and challenges, researches options and utilizes firm resources to provide solutions. Collaborates with the Relationship Management and Regional teams to share knowledge and best practices and provide coverage for others on the team. Works in partnership with our internal service, operations, and investment teams to ensure the advisors needs and expectations are met. Limited travel to advisor events and internal meetings (10% travel). As a team player, is always looking for additional ways to support our advisors and team. Qualifications 2+ years of direct client-facing experience in Financial Services Bachelor's degree or 5 + years of equivalent work experience Series 65 or ability to obtain license within 6 months This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $68,000 - $85,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
