
Account Executive

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually
Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time account executive who is an open-minded team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link – along with senior-level account management – between the client and the entire agency team. The account executive is the client’s voice within the agency when driving advertising campaigns, ensuring the client’s goals are met and aligning the internal efforts of various teams (creative, media, PR, analytics, and digital) with the appropriate campaign components (print, web, broadcast, etc.)

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between the agency and its clients while providing proactive project management for all ongoing projects
Communicate with clients daily in a professional and efficient manner to build long-term trust
Meet client demands and expectations and prepare internal teams to deliver accordingly
Follow up and maintain current work in progress across various agency departments to make sure projects are on time and on budget
Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ industries, target audiences, and competitive sets
Lead or participate in client meetings and conference calls, and take ownership of status reports and next steps
Collaborate with account leadership on billing and account profitability
Work with account leadership and key team members during strategic planning to confirm the right approaches, messaging, and tactics are considered
Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing, or comparable work experience in a relevant field
Two to five years of experience within an agency setting, with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills to confidently navigate client conversations and collaborate in a team environment
Experience with digital project management, including digital campaigns, performance marketing campaigns, or CRM initiatives (strongly preferred)
Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize new AI-powered tools, platforms, and methodologies
Understanding of or willingness to learn data protection regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and commitment to confidentiality
