Internal Sales Specialist

The Internal Sales Specialist position is responsible for supporting all wholesale life insurance activity across the firm. This role is a shared company resource, providing case design support, product expertise, and internal coverage to all Brokerage Directors, Marketers, and producers. The Individual must demonstrate strong sales aptitude, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate advanced concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Life Insurance Case Design support for *all* agents and internal team members.

Product illustration analysis, modeling, and summary preparation.

Advanced sales concept modeling and support for advisors firm-wide.

Underwriting and case management support for any agent or Director requiring assistance.

Assist agents with sales strategy through creation of customized spreadsheets, comparisons, and concept materials.

Collaborate with Brokerage Directors and Marketers to prepare webinars, advisor presentations, and sales concepts.

Provide coverage and support for Brokerage Directors and Marketers when they are out of office or traveling.

Maintain a working knowledge of carrier products, platforms, and illustration systems.

Support recruiting conversations by assisting with product and platform comparisons for new advisors.

Ability to articulate and use quick-quote tools for impaired risk life insurance scenarios.

Added Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to build, analyze, and audit complex models.

Ability to model product illustration summaries and advanced life insurance planning concepts.

Licensed life and health, Series 6 & 63
