Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Account Executive for our Memphis, TN office. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage client accounts, establish relationships with carriers, and coordinate the movement of freight. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and securing new business, negotiating rates, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, carriers, and internal teams. You will play a key role in resolving client concerns and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Freight Brokerage operations and New Business Development

Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service

Excellent Communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carriers

Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage operational challenges

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a customer-focused industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred but not mandatory
