
Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify skill gaps and training needs. You will be responsible for enhancing the team’s effectiveness through structured training programs. The role includes creating learning materials, conducting sessions, monitoring post-training performance, and recommending improvements. This position works in our Lenexa, KS office with occasional overnight travel.
Analyze day-to-day training needs of the sales team
Develop and update training materials as required
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales personnel
Design innovative approaches to improve training programs
Evaluate training effectiveness and measure trainee performance
Maintain and update records of all training sessions
Assist with other enablement duties as needed
Eligibility Criteria
3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer, or in a similar role, preferably in B2B environment
2+ years of B2B Sales Experience
Skills Required
Strong understanding of the sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs
Excellent coaching and motivational skills
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience with enablement technologies, such as Salesforce
