This is a full-time role for a Cabinetry Design and Sales position located in Fredericksburg, TX. The role will involve tasks such as designing cabinetry, conducting sales, designing kitchen and bathroom remodels, calling-on new and existing builders and working with clients/builders to create custom cabinetry solutions. For the right candidate, we would also consider a hybrid office/remote scenario where they would work from the showroom 3-4 days a week to meet with clients to review cabinet designs, materials, etc. and 1-2 days a week work remotely to draw cabinet layouts, send quotes/contracts, and call on new builders. The successful candidate must be familiar with the construction industry (new construction and remodels), high-end sales and be well-spoken. High earnings potential via commission structure with a salary base. Showroom is well appointed and is regularly updated based off current trends. Job Responsibilities

Qualify a customer’s needs, wants and budget while presenting Top Notch cabinets, flooring and countertop options. Work hand in hand with customers to design their dream kitchens, baths, office space, etc. Utilize 2020 Design software with multiple cabinet lines to design a space that fits the customers' needs and budget. Maintain up to date 2020 Design catalogues. Accurately quote, order, and track all cabinets, accessories and hardware. Communicate with Project Manager for cabinet installations. Provide exceptional customer service. Call-on existing builder customers and prospective new builders. Qualifications

2+ Years in kitchen, bath, cabinet design and sales required. Outgoing, proactive personable and professional demeanor. Strong computer background with 2020 Design and/or ProKitchen Software Experience required. Strong work ethic. College degree preferred but not required. Organized and be able to juggle multiple projects at one-time. Energetic, Dependable, Honest and a Can-Do attitude are a must. Experience in reading architectural plans Problem solving skills and self-managed Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet and great new customers in the showroom Ability to call on new builders to generate new business
