Automotive Internet Sales Representative Responsibilities
Tracks and responds to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services
Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to clients
Meets and greets prospects
Presents and demonstrates inventory
Receives on-line and manual Credit Applications
Remains current with products, market trends, and certifications
Understands and implements the dealership sales process
Maintains “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and monthly units
Automotive Internet Sales Representative Qualifications
Minimum 1 year auto sales experience required for Internet Sales.
Prompt replies to funneled Internet Leads / Inbound Phone Leads within 5 minutes.
Follow-up with customers during their purchasing process.
Ability to follow lead through the typical purchase funnel out to 90 days
Reach out to previous and potential customers to make them aware of events/sales.
Strive to be the best by learning your product and the process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
