Professional Services Specialist - Fleet & Telematics Key Accounts Manager
Material Handling & Warehouse Solutions | VA / MD Territory A growing material handling and warehouse solutions provider is looking to add a Professional Services Specialist to help customers maximize the value of their equipment and fleet data. This role sits at the intersection of customer consulting, operations, and sales support. You’ll work directly with major customers, helping them understand how their equipment is performing and where opportunities exist to improve productivity, reduce costs, and plan future purchases. If you enjoy working with customers, solving operational problems, and turning insights into action this is a unique role with strong visibility across the business. What You’ll Do
Meet with customers and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Analyze fleet and telematics data to uncover cost savings and operational opportunities Partner with sales reps to support customer growth and future equipment decisions Build trusted relationships with key accounts Turn data into clear insights customers can act on What We’re Looking For
Someone who enjoys working with customers and telling the story behind the data Strong communicator who can translate insights into recommendations Analytical mindset comfortable working in spreadsheets and dashboards Early-career professionals or candidates with 1–3 years of experience Performance bonus opportunities up to 10%
