Position Summary We are seeking talented OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers.

Must be available to attend training Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm EST. Work shifts vary Monday – Saturday from 9am – 9pm EST.

Responsibilities

Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.

Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.

Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service.

Work remote from your home office. Must have a minimum of 100 Mbps upload/50 Mbps download or higher high‑speed internet connection. We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role.

Support our field’s peak season that starts building around February.

Manage the customer relationship to ensure best‑in‑class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling.

Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance.

Qualifications

High school/GED.

2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas.

2+ years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience.

Will be required to make 200+ phone calls per day.

High level of PC knowledge as you will be required to navigate through multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone.

Work From Home Requirements

Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home‑office space free of distractions and background noise.

A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting.

Minimum of 100 Mbps download/50 Mbps upload or higher, high‑speed internet connection with the ability to hard‑wire directly to a modem.
