Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Retail Sales Manager based in Fort Wayne, IN. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, managing inventory, implementing company policies, and providing support to team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills and experience in Retail Sales and Sales management
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and enhance Customer Experience
Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Proficiency in managing operations and achieving sales targets
Previous leadership experience in a retail environment is highly desirable
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced and dynamic industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field is preferred
