What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
Support outbound sales campaigns and inbound lead follow-up by researching and qualifying new customer opportunities
Assist in developing preliminary quotes and maintaining accurate opportunity tracking within CRM tools
Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities and support targeted value proposition development
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to support campaigns and new product launches
What is Required (Qualifications)
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Entrepreneurship
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Curiosity and initiative in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo
Interest in pursuing a career in safety, operations, engineering, or business leadership
