Finance and Insurance Executive Due to continued growth, Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in our Southwest Division. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for new business development who can drive sales by building relationships in the market.

This position is based in California remotely, primarily in the LA area.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and develop new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers while supporting P&C product marketing within the assigned territory.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, communicating with internal and external stakeholders via in-person and virtual channels.

Closing: Manage and grow your assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.

Direct Sales: Conduct sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams.

Consulting: Collaborate with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, strengthening customer relationships.

Building Market Share: Work remotely in an entrepreneurial environment to expand market presence.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales or Automotive.

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales or Automotive.

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in Sales or Automotive.

Preferred Qualifications

Outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.

Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).

Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).

Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology.

Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products.

Ability to analyze financial statements.

Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.

Compensation & Benefits The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600.00 – $115,000.00. This position includes a variable compensation component that is based on an individual’s performance under the applicable sales incentive plan. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
