Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Sales Support Specialist located in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting with sales operations, and facilitating customer interactions. Day-to-day tasks may include managing schedules, maintaining databases, analyzing sales data, processing transactions, and offering exceptional customer service. The Specialist will collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction are achieved.

Qualifications and Expectations

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. You will be emailing and speaking on the phone with many contacts regularly.

Proficient in Administrative Assistance and organization to handle scheduling, data management, and office operations, including office supplies, swag and general admin support that keeps things going.

Solid Analytical Skills and attention to detail for reviewing and managing sales data and reports. You will review order histories, maintain and manage scheduled activities and events, help keep sales team accountable.

Basic understanding of budgeting principles to assist with comparing transactional and budget-related tasks always keeping the company expenses in check.

Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools and software such as a CRM and our own in-house ERP platform.

Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced work environment where a variety of tasks must be accomplished timely.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a plus.
