This company is looking for a results-driven, ambitious International Sales Manager to lead the commercial growth of their fashion brands across DACH. This Sales Manager will build strong relationships with key retailers, agents, and distribution partners and focus on sales and seasonal growth plans.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow regional account:

Develop key relationships with agents, distributors, and retail partners while identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base across the DACH market

Manage a team:

manage a team of sales/account managers across the region

Drive commercial performance:

Set sales budgets and seasonal targets, analyse sell-through and stock levels, and lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and volumes.

Execute sales operations:

Plan showroom visits and trade fairs, manage forecasts and performance tracking, and ensure strong in-season sales and replenishment.

Collaborate and monitor market trends:

Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and retail performance while tracking market developments and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

Strong experience as a Sales or Account Manager

Good experience in

kidswear fashion
