He/She/They will collaborate on a variety of initiatives focusing on promoting the company’s culture and values.**Key Responsibilities:*** Participate in the development, ideation, and execution of employer branding strategies and activations to attract and engage top talent and strengthen internal workplace culture.* Create and design digital content, including social media posts and graphics, that reflects the company’s brand identity and employer value proposition.* Write and edit engaging content for various platforms, such as the company website, newsletters, and blogs.* Support project management efforts by coordinating branding campaigns and events and tracking their impact and success.* Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promoting the company culture and values.**Qualifications:*** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Human Resources, or a related field.* Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Experience in project management and a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.* Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.What’s in it for you:* Gain practical experience in employer branding and HR strategy.* Enhance skills in design, content creation, and project management.* Work in a dynamic and supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.* Access to mentorship from experienced HR and branding professionals.**Equal Opportunity Employer**
