Intake Specialist
Lisinski Law Firm, LLC, Pasadena, CA, United States
Since 2020, Lisinski Law Firm has served as a dedicated humanitarian immigration practice committed to providing meaningful support to individuals and families seeking safety, stability, and a path forward. We frequently stand with clients who have been turned away elsewhere, offering both advocacy and care. Joining our Firm means becoming part of a team devoted to keeping families together and “Changing as Many Lives as Possible.”
About the Role The Intake Specialist is the firm’s first and most influential point of contact, responsible for conducting in‑depth consultations, accurately assessing client needs, and guiding them toward the right legal services with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. By mastering case types and attorney guidelines, they lead structured interviews, educate clients on service value and payment options, and convert qualified leads into committed clients — directly driving revenue and shaping the firm’s reputation. They maintain engagement through follow‑ups, coordinate sign‑ups and contracts once a client commits, and ensure a seamless transition into the firm’s onboarding process. Through continuous legal training and consistent client‑focused communication, the Intake Specialist becomes both a trusted advisor for clients in vulnerable moments and a key contributor to the firm’s growth and success.
