
Construction Superintendent

We are a commercial construction company with over 30 years of experience in our industry. We specialize in fast paced restaurant remodeling programs for elite national restaurant chains Nationwide. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service customized to meet our clients’ specific scopes and schedules. Our team delivers quality work through a hands‑on, collaborative process while keeping our clients’ best interests in focus. We provide our superintendent with the necessary in‑office support and resources to help make sure they succeed in their role and that the project is completed to the highest standard. Our superintendents are an integral part of the team, being involved with projects from the preconstruction phase through substantial completion with punch list sign‑off.
Superintendent’s Responsibilities:
Work closely with Project Manager and Owner's Rep
Willingness to travelNation Wide
Deliver project on time, on budget, exceeding client expectations
Communicate both written and verbally often times via daily reports
Communicate with customer, customer representative, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors
Oversee daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction progress, quality control and site cleanliness
Help build, maintain, update an accurate project schedule
Help maintain project changes, status and cost/time requirements
Exceed client expectations by understanding client needs, wants preferences and culture
Demonstrate maintain effective and open dialogue with project team
Promote positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subs
Create & execute with Owner’s Rep timely punch list process
Superintendent’s Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years superintendent experience in restaurant remodeling industry
Proven track record of meeting deadlines
Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Experience managing, training and developing people
Experience in computer technology
Experience in the complexities of executing work in the national arena
Experience in casual dining, chain restaurants, fast food and quick serve restaurants
Experience should include renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments
Experience in urban and suburban work locations
Experience in conversions, night work, shutdown work and a complete understanding of high‑level finishes
Position requires extensive travel so personal truck is required
Must be skilled in both verbal and written communications
As a condition of employment, new hires must be able to pass a pre‑employment background / MVR check.
