About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2008 after spending 21 years as a Sales Manager for one of the most profitable newspapers in the country. A close friend who was a State Farm agent introduced me to the opportunity, and it turned out to be the perfect next chapter—combining leadership, coaching, and long-term relationship building. Today, our team includes five knowledgeable professionals, and we’ve built an easygoing, supportive environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.

I’m a proud parent of twins—one attending college in Alabama and the other at LSU—and family continues to shape how I lead and support my team. Giving back is a big part of who we are. We stay involved with food banks, Bikes for School programs, playground sponsorships, church initiatives, and I’m also the founder of a local fishing tournament that brings the community together.

Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Schexnayder - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
