We are a
high-volume Honda dealership
seeking a motivated and results-driven
Internet Sales Associate
to handle a large volume of online leads. This is a
hands-on sales role , ideal for someone who excels at lead response, appointment setting, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to and follow up with
internet, phone, and digital leads
Handle a high daily lead volume with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
Convert leads into appointments and sold units
Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
Properly document all customer interactions in the CRM
Work closely with desk managers to close deals
Deliver a positive, professional customer experience from first contact through delivery
Meet or exceed individual performance goals for appointments, shows, and sales
What You’ll Need:
Full-time availability (5-day work week). You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Honda experience a plus, but not required
Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a
high-lead-volume environment
Comfortable working leads from start to finish
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Strong time management and follow-up discipline
