
Sales Manager

The Sales Manager supports the Sales & Brand Growth Director by driving catering revenue growth, generating new business opportunities, and building relationships with local businesses and organizations. This role focuses primarily on outside sales and catering development while assisting with the execution of local marketing initiatives that support restaurant sales and community presence, ensuring all efforts align with Chick-fil-A brand standards and values.
What You’ll Do
Drive catering sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and follow-up.
Spend a minimum of 50% of working hours in outside sales activities (blitzing, visits,
Generate new catering leads weekly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop and secure standing catering accounts with local businesses, schools, medical offices, and organizations.
Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and in-person visits to convert interest into recurring orders.
Track and report sales activity metrics (visits, calls, emails, proposals, conversions).
Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities.
Assist in achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual catering revenue goals.
Support execution of national and local campaigns within the restaurant.
Assist with restaurant event logistics and on-site execution.
Help coordinate community activations and partnership efforts.
Assist with executing monthly in-restaurant events.
Collaborate with leadership to support product launches and sales initiatives.
Maintain organized tracking of catering orders, leads, and follow-ups.
Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar and campaign timelines.
Ensure compliance with Chick-fil‑A brand standards in all sales materials.
Provide post-event and post-campaign sales impact reports.
Complete additional duties as directed by leadership.
