International and Military Sales Account Manager

Barrett is seeking an International & Military Sales Account Manager to actively manage International & Military Sales entry and customer service responsibilities. This role is responsible for order processing, coordinating paperwork for repairs, returns, and exchanges, and providing direct support to the international and military sales teams. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
About the Role
Assist international, military, and law enforcement customers with ordering materials and products while achieving sales metrics and reviewing purchase orders and contracts.
Coordinate with operations to calculate and communicate delivery estimates and ensure on‑time fulfillment of international & military orders.
Monitor orders daily for availability to ship, manage delivery timelines and delays, and track customer payments, credit/debit memos, and deposits.
Process Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing for military sales in accordance with government stipulations, partnering with operations and quality teams.
Manage RMA activity including warranty receiving, repair quotes, time‑in‑process estimates, and customer status updates.
Support marketing efforts by coordinating trade shows and demos, shipping and receiving demonstration rifles and accessories, and resolving customer complaints with effective solutions.
About You You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and follow‑through matter. You have experience supporting international, military, or law enforcement customers and understand the importance of professionalism, compliance, and meeting critical deadlines. You are confident reviewing purchase orders and contracts, coordinating with operations and accounting, and managing order fulfillment from entry through invoicing and payment. You communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales metrics and team objectives.
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working knowledge of ATF, U.S. Department of Commerce, and U.S. Department of State regulations, with the ability to operate in a compliant environment.
Prior experience in order entry and customer service, preferably in a regulated industry.
Experience maintaining and processing ATF forms and related applications with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of rifle systems, parts, and accessories, including product usage and maintenance.
