About the Role: We are looking for a promising sales and marketing intern to help us expand our reach and educate more potential clients about our combined, multiplatform footprint.
Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Presence in weekly advertising sales meeting with Publisher, Account Management team, Traffic and Production Manager
Learn advertising products
Learn and interact with current clients
Assist in research for new clients Help prepare sales materials and proposals
Prepare outbound marketing campaigns
Help collect advertising materials
Attend off-site account calls with account managers
Assist with ad collection
Attend other department or division meetings as desired
Qualifications Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university, or recent graduate.
Advertising, Marketing & Communications or related major preferred.
Interest in the field of sales or marketing.
Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal, written and organizational skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms.
This internship will give hands on experience to someone looking to enter the dynamic world of advertising, marketing and media. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, driven and self-directed student.
