Job Summary Acrisure seeks a Sales Enablement Manager to partner with the Head of Sales Enablement and empower our Client Advisors and Growth Leadership with the systems, tools, processes, insights, and training & development needed to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive organic revenue growth and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Technology Strategy

Design, manage, and optimize a cutting‑edge Sales & Marketing Technology stack through cross‑functional collaboration.

Empower Client Advisors with best‑in‑class technology to identify high‑value new client opportunities, enhance competitive positioning, and foster superior long‑term relationships.

Data & Growth Insights Platform

Partner with Growth Analytics and Product teams to manage critical KPI dashboards and develop custom analytics models.

Translate data into actionable insights to proactively identify significant opportunities for market growth and operational improvement.

Competitor and Market Intelligence

Lead the build‑out and management of a robust Competitor Market Intelligence Program.

Gather, synthesize, and disseminate real‑time, actionable market research, trends, and competitor insights to the field organization, directly influencing competitive strategy and opportunity identification.

Cross‑Sell and Retention Strategy (Bundling)

Contribute to the strategic formulation and operational execution of integrated cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.

Establish and track success metrics to maximize client retention, increase Client Lifetime Value (CLV), and expand solution adoption across the client base.

Incentives and Performance Management

Provide analytical and design support for Client Advisor incentive and performance management programs.

Ensure program effectiveness in maximizing sales productivity and driving the achievement of core corporate revenue and growth objectives.

Performance Marketing Partnership

Act as the primary analytical liaison for the Performance Marketing team.

Deliver competitive research and data analysis to inform and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

Highly organized and detail‑oriented with excellent project coordination skills.

Comfortable partnering cross‑functionally to support multiple stakeholders and a creative problem solver.

Strong understanding of financial statements.

Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.

Strong business acumen, work ethic, and grit.

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Business, Finance, Accounting or related major preferred.

3–7 years of experience in investment banking (Associate+), consulting, corporate finance, tech startups, sales enablement, market or related functions.

2+ years demonstrated leadership experience through formally or informally leading people/projects.

2+ years demonstrated experience with financial statements, custom analytics and/or financial modeling.

Insurance, financial services, and/or competitor market intelligence experience preferred but not required.

Compensation Base compensation range: $199,550 – $269,980. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidate should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
