who excel in high‑energy settings and take pride in delivering engaging guest interactions.
As a Ticket Sales Associate, you play a key role in enhancing the visitor experience — guiding ticket purchases, sharing knowledge about the observation deck and landmarks, and promoting exclusive offerings that elevate each visit.
This seasonal opportunity offers hands‑on experience within a premier NYC destination, with potential consideration for future opportunities based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests in the sales and will‑call areas
Assist with ticket and tour purchases using POS systems
Share information about the Observation Deck and visible NYC landmarks
Promote exclusive offers, experiences, and branded merchandise
Ensure guest safety and maintain smooth traffic flow
Address guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
Support special projects and assist leadership as needed
What You Bring
Friendly, confident, and professional presence
Clear communication skills with the ability to speak effectively in busy environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort learning ticketing and sales systems
Prior attraction or observation deck experience is a plus
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1–2+ years of customer‑facing or sales experience preferred
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Professional appearance and adherence to company standards
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift/move up to 40–60 lbs. when required
Ability to operate POS systems and related equipment

Compensation:
The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job‑related factors.
