The Role: Your Path to Growth As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of business. You will:
Consult & Collaborate: Work closely with accounts to deeply understand their unique business needs, goals, and opportunities.
Manage & Optimize: Oversee a portfolio of small to mid-size customers, ensuring their fulfillment needs are met with precision.
Scale Your Career: As you master our tech-driven processes and prove your impact, you will graduate to managing our largest, high-profile national accounts.
Drive Insights: Leverage our proprietary technology to provide clients with actionable data and exceptional service.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: A recent degree from an accredited college or university.
Tech Fluency: You are comfortable with AI, data-driven environments, and modern business tools.
"High-Altitude" Ambition: Your resume shows potential, but your drive shows more. We are looking for people who want to outpace their current experience level.
Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex logistics into clear, strategic value for our partners.
Location: Based in Great Cincinnati area working out of our Erlanger, KY distribution center.
