About the Role We’re seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a team of field-based Account Executives who partner with independently owned boutiques and specialty stores. Our Account Executives are trusted advisors — helping small business owners grow their business through storytelling, data-driven recommendations, and personal relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will serve as both mentor and strategist — inspiring excellence, ensuring accountability, and guiding consistent execution across the region.
Regional Sales Managers must be located near an airport for ease of travel to their assigned region and early morning appointments. They must have successfully led a team of 8 or more account executives, managers or salespeople in previous roles. They need to be an experienced leader-teacher-trainer, possessing a high acumen with numbers and retail math to be able to analyze and act on data. Strong tenure in previous roles is required, as is flexibility and adaptability to existing business systems. Gregarious, outgoing personalities typically succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 10 Account Executives.
Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for follow-through and results.
Conduct field visits, one-on-one coaching, and team development meetings.
Use sales data and analysis to identify opportunities and drive territory growth.
Partner with boutique owners to strengthen our company’s presence and profitability.
Collaborate closely with our Home Office teams to align strategy and execution.
Represent company at regional and national markets.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success leading and developing field-based sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to coach, inspire, and drive results through others.
Experience desirable within fashion, jewelry, accessories and or premium lifestyle products preferred.
Analytical thinker who can translate sales data into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; a motivator who leads by example.
Willingness to travel 50–75%, depending on home base within the region.
