Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, for an Account Executive - Fleet Solutions. The primary responsibilities of the Account Executive include generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored fleet solutions to meet client needs. This role involves creating presentations, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will also stay informed on industry trends to drive innovation and solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and effectively present solutions.
Proven capabilities in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Experience in managing client accounts, understanding customer needs, and providing strategic support.
Ability to use CRM tools and other sales software proficiently, along with organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
Prior experience in the fleet management or transportation industry is preferred but not required.
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or business development.
