About the role We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our new studio team in Chicago. The role primarily supports the Real Estate part of the business, offering the opportunity to lead creative projects from concept to completion while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Take overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment.

Liaise with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules when needed.

Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resources and source external resources where necessary.

Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.

Manage project workflows utilizing AI‑powered creative tools, particularly Pencil.

Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Facilitate client meetings and presentations, documenting key decisions and action items.

Escalate any queries concerning invoicing or estimates provided by the studio to the relevant AD.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience working with a B2B client and/or a regulated industry.

Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Excellent client engagement skills, proactively organising and influencing clients and building strong working relationships.

Experience with project budget management and scheduling.

Demonstrated experience managing teams that utilise AI creative tools, specifically Pencil.

Financial conscientiousness when managing project delivery, ensuring all parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re‑briefs.

Ability to identify areas for potential growth and work with the wider team to bring a solution.

At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,750.00 to $90,250.00. Compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
