Overview
ADP is hiring Sales Interns. This role offers hands‑on selling experience with a Fortune 250 company and award‑winning sales training. The program includes online and classroom training, virtual technologies, and a dedicated Sales Representative to guide you.
What You’ll Do You will work with a dedicated Sales Representative to:
Network with key decision‑makers in a designated territory
Develop and execute a strategy to prospect targets for ADP payroll and human resources solutions
Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
Work with our Training team to grow your selling skills
Requirements
Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style; able to cold call and present ideas clearly on paper, in‑person, and over the phone.
Agile solution seeker; problem‑solver who can find answers in fast‑paced change.
Continuous learner; currently attending school and completed at least three years of a four‑year bachelor’s program.
Preferred
Prior sales experience
Leadership skills and collaboration ability
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Compensation USD $16.00 – $21.60 per hour*
*Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience. Some positions include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commission. Compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
