Compensation Compensation $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities
Engage with homeowners face-to-face to assess storm damage and discuss repair options.
Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify damage and recommend solutions.
Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process with clarity and confidence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch service.
Attend regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in storm damage sales.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners, ensuring they understand their options.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information, especially regarding roof inspections and insurance claims.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, with a focus on safety.
