Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to understand client needs
Guide individuals and families through available benefit options and enrollment processes
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communication
Provide a high level of service while building long-term client relationships
Participate in training sessions, development programs, and team meetings
