
Outside Sales Representative

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth efforts across the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you’ll generate and qualify leads, manage your pipeline in a CRM, and close deals with executives and decision-makers while helping shape the direction of a growing regional office.

This position is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. A background check will be conducted in accordance with federal and local requirements.
Competitive Base Salary - $50,000 - $65,000
Uncapped Commission (25% on all new sales ) & Bonus Potential
$500 car allowance per month

Your Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
Identify and qualify potential clients that align with the ideal customer profile.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Negotiate and close strategic accounts with C-level executives and facility leadership through in-person engagement.
Manage seamless full-cycle sales transitions, converting warm leads into long-term accounts through strategic proposals and handoffs.
Travel throughout the region to meet with prospective clients and build market presence.
Participate in weekly sales team meetings to track progress and share strategies.
Qualifications We Require
5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Proven ability to prospect and close deals independently.
Professional communication skills with confidence speaking to all stakeholders.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Commercial cleaning or hospitality experience would be a bonus.
