The Sales Intern plays an exciting, hands‑on role supporting our Guest Services and Sales team while working closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase bookings and engage new audiences. This role also includes assisting the lodging department with reservation support, homeowner communication, and sales‑related tasks to enhance the overall guest experience. We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and kind individual who is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and brings a bubbly, energetic approach to every task. Exceptional listening skills and the ability to resolve and mitigate conflicts with care are essential.
This is a winter seasonal position from November through March, great for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone looking for a lively seasonal opportunity.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies that drive bookings and build excitement
Assist with group bookings and guest communications, providing top‑notch service at every interaction
Support daily sales initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
Engage directly with guests by phone, email, and online chats in a friendly, professional manner
Help promote resort products, programs, and special events to maximize guest participation
Provide administrative and project support to the sales and marketing teams
Gain hands‑on experience in resort sales, guest services, and marketing strategy.
Support the lodging department with reservation management, homeowner communication, and sales‑related activities.
