Job Description Atradius Trade Credit Insurance Inc. is seeking a part‑time Intern (up to 29.5 hours per week) for our Global Account Management team.
Global is a commercial unit in Atradius handling multinational clients. Towards our target market audience Global has a focused approach based on partnership, underpinned by continuous improvements in our product and service proposition. It is an exciting and challenging place to work and you will be dealing with colleagues worldwide and from many different cultures.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner. An ideal candidate will have strong technical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a must. Additionally, the candidate should be self‑motivated, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and able to work independently or as part of a team. A basic understanding of financial services is desirable.
In this position your key responsibilities will be:
Provide administrative support and prepare all required documentation for setting up draft policies
Liaise with Atradius’ international administrative team to prepare supporting material for new business submissions
Prepare quotes and related documentation in PowerPoint
Create presentations for meetings and support NBI submissions
Assist with internal reporting requirements, including policy performance reports in Excel
Collaborate with U.S. and international risk teams to follow up on credit limit inquiries for prospects
Conduct research using Copilotto support new business cases, trade sector analyses, and emerging topics such as Data Centers
Organize and maintain submission files on the internal company drive
Provide assistance with OneNote organization and updates
