ABOUT VICTORY LIVE Victory Live is a private equity backed technology company aimed at maximizing distribution and yield for live event ticket inventory. We provide an end-to-end software platform for the live ticketing industry, managing thousands of sports, theater and live music event tickets on behalf of artists, promotors, teams, venues and professional resellers. Victory Live’s comprehensive offerings include an established B2B marketplace along with both a full-service and an automated SaaS platform to handle all elements of the ticket sales lifecycle, from ingestion to sales fulfillment.

THE POSITION Victory Live is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to drive the growth of our platform by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales. This highly transactional role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from cold calling and prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new sellers. Once a deal is closed, you will assist clients with the transition to our onboarding and account management teams for ongoing service. Your ability to retain both new and existing sellers will be crucial to your success and overall performance in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively identify and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and research to build a strong pipeline of potential clients within Victory Live’s seller verticals

Conduct phone calls, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings to drive sales, ensuring the process is streamlined and effective

Facilitate product demonstrations, provide tailored solutions to address each client’s needs, and offer training to ensure sellers’ success on our platform

Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Victory Live

Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to create effective sales materials, email templates, and other assets that help close deals and ensure clients are onboarded smoothly

Keep up to date with the primary and secondary ticket industry to maintain a deep understanding of client needs and offer solutions that align with industry standards

Participate in special projects, sales initiatives, or other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a sales-focused, client-facing role with a track record of successfully closing deals

Strong cold calling and prospecting skills; must be comfortable initiating conversations with new leads and driving the sales process forward

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to maintain a high level of personal and team performance

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage your own time effectively to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong ability to manage relationships and demonstrate tact, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, especially the onboarding and account management teams, to ensure a seamless transition for client’s post-sale

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of both the primary and secondary ticketing industry is preferred

Willingness to travel as needed

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or ticketing industries

Comfortable working with CRM and sales tools, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google web applications (Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Availability to work nights and weekends to accommodate the needs of the business
