Job Details
Serve as the primary in-house contact for orders, questions, and concerns for a select territory of dealers
Maintain and grow dealer relationships by always providing excellent customer service
Identify prospective customers and identify new markets to increase sales using leads, trade shows, and business directories
Estimate prices, terms, and delivery dates, and stay in touch with dealers post-sale to provide ongoing support
Study product information to become a pro, answering dealer questions about products, prices, and availability
Coordinate exciting sales campaigns with the marketing department and keep dealers informed on the latest product initiatives
Participate in Trade Shows demonstrating products and interacting with customers and dealers
What You Bring
Experience: 2 years’ professional sales or marketing experience is required
Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or Management is a plus
Tech Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
Communication: A natural ability to connect with people and exchange clear, accurate information
Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required
Physical Requirements
Occasional standing and walking required along with constant operating of computer and other office equipment
Constant communication with customers; must be able to exchange accurate and clear information
Occasional movement of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
