Digital Sales Representatives
who understand the remarketing business and craves the independence of an outside sales role. This isn't your typical desk job - you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with franchise and independent dealers while introducing them to the future of digital remarketing. Your Journey Starts With World-Class Training Comprehensive training program designed for your success Hands-on field training with experienced professionals Ride-along prospecting sessions with established dealers Contracted vendor training to make you the expert Personal introductions to key industry contacts Ongoing support from our team of industry veterans Your Day-to-Day Adventures Identify and prospect potential dealers within your assigned region Service and grow relationships with existing dealer partners Present our innovative multi-list program to Franchise and Large Independent Dealer Groups Showcase the benefits of digital remarketing while partnering with one of the largest Independent Auction Groups in the country Manage and coordinate Vehicle Inspection Teams in your region Meet or exceed sales goals for your auction territory Develop and implement strategic plans to grow new business in your market Dedicate four days per week to dealer solicitation and compelling presentations Provide weekly auction sale day support and program marketing Build strong relationships with auction staff while reporting to the Digital Sales Manager What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves) Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience with automotive dealers OR retail automotive sales experience Established contacts in the automotive industry (preferred) The Perfect Personality Match We're looking for someone who: Can professionally convey the advantages of doing business with our company Has a constant drive to achieve and succeed Is highly organized, initiative-taking, and self-disciplined Thrives in an independent work environment Gets energized by building relationships and closing deals Embraces new challenges and technology Can move quickly when opportunities arise Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver's license in your state Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to pass background check and drug screening Willingness to travel within assigned territory The Good Stuff (AKA Your Compensation & Perks!)
