Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through cold outreach. Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand the customer base. Conduct service demos to showcase features and benefits and upsell solutions that meet client needs. Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and follow-up activities. Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Participate in a competitive, goal-oriented atmosphere and strive for personal and team improvement. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management. Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and understanding sales cycles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients. Familiarity with CRM software. Strong analytical skills to interpret conversations and determine next steps. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus but not required. Benefits
