The Role This is a strategic

Account Director

role focused on expanding and growing existing civilian federal enterprise accounts.

You will manage 2 to 4 named agencies with established revenue and significant expansion potential.

The mandate is clear: drive multi-year ARR growth through executive engagement, structured account planning, and proactive opportunity creation.

What You’ll Own

Expansion and ARR growth across assigned enterprise accounts

Executive engagement with acquisition, IT, mission, and senior leadership stakeholders

Opportunity creation prior to RFI and RFP stages

Multi-stakeholder alignment across complex federal buying environments

$250K to $1M+ enterprise deal cycles with 6+ month sales cycles

Growth targets in the $3M to $5M range across accounts

8+ years of enterprise SaaS or enterprise software sales

8+ years selling into U.S. Federal Government agencies

Proven Federal account expansion and renewals experience

Demonstrated executive engagement with CIO, CAO, acquisition, and program leadership

Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder federal buying environments
