We are seeking an ambitious Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing agency sales, with expertise in media buying, ad sales, and social media sales. Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new clients for Airkomm’s social and digital marketing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs. Qualifications & Experience
4–5 years of proven experience in B2B & B2G sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong track record in media buying, ad sales, and social media sales. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services offered by agencies. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to pitch confidently to senior management and enterprise clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Why Join Us
