Plan/Spec Sales Representative (HVAC)

We’re looking for an experienced

Plan/Spec Sales professional

with a strong HVAC background to manage projects from

announcement through bid and final sale . This role focuses on working with engineers and customers during the bidding process to secure equipment selections and drive project wins.

What You’ll Do

Track and manage plan/spec projects from announcement through award

Support customers during bidding with equipment selections and technical input

Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers and contractors

Represent a high-quality HVAC product portfolio (excluding Multi Manufacturing and RFG)

Coordinate internally to ensure accurate bids and successful project execution

What You Bring

HVAC industry experience (plan/spec, sales, estimating, or engineering)

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Compensation: Competitive pay DOE
