Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located at our Woodstock, GA office. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing accounts, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims. The role also requires proactive sales efforts, building new business opportunities, and achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to effectively build relationships and resolve issues.
Proficiency in sales and the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
Organizational and account management skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail for policy processing and documentation.
Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with State Farm products is beneficial.
Proficient in using technology to manage accounts and communicate with clients effectively.
High sense of professionalism, teamwork, and dependability to succeed in a service-oriented environment.
Licensure in Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Insurance is preferred; must be willing to obtain licensing if not already held.
