broadhead has account team members in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Delafield, Wisconsin. A qualified candidate can be hired from either market and choose which city they would like to office in. This position would have a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary Our Account Manager serves as a key liaison between clients and all agency departments. You play a vital role in supporting the agency account team to ensure we’re developing and delivering the highest level of work for our clients. You will champion client and agency needs, specifically: monitoring workflow accuracy, initiating projects, information gathering, and facilitating client activity and growth. You will team up with an Account Supervisor or Account Director and consistently collaborate with other agency teammates – including creative, brand strategy, digital, media and project management. An aptitude to drive work and take accountability is important. Accurately assessing people and circumstances, combined with the ability to think on your feet is imperative.

Responsibilities

Assume role of a primary day-to-day client contact for a primary client and support on others

Cultivate a positive and trusted relationship with client and internal teams

Develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s business, keeping up on industry trends and events

Develop and maintain competitive analyses, track sales, measure results against client goals

Support agency team in development of integrated marketing communication plans, creative briefs, proposals, and presentations

Develop knowledge of advertising processes in all channels (branded content, video, print, digital, radio, outdoor, etc.) to help facilitate and deliver on client initiatives

Present project estimates and timelines, and manage delivering work on time and on budget

Update weekly status reports and participate in weekly status meetings

Issue next step reports following all client meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables

Assist in review and reconciliation of monthly client billing

Demonstrate a willingness for continuous learning and proactively participate in opportunities

Foster positive morale in the workplace and invest in creating internal team camaraderie and collaboration (in-person and virtually)

Perform other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency

Qualifications

2+ years advertising/branding agency account management experience

Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature

Superior written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills

Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills

Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented

Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and budgets

Strong grasp of digital landscape and technology

Ability to travel for business as required

Compensation Details The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance-based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access. Employees can receive employer contributions to HSAs, FSAs, and Student Loan Debt Repayment benefits.
