We are seeking a commercially driven eCommerce Key Account Manager (eKAM) to lead and grow our Amazon business. This role will own the P&L, sales strategy, and commercial performance of the Amazon channel, working cross-functionally with marketing, media, and demand planning teams to drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and operational awareness, with experience scaling Amazon businesses through pricing, promotional planning, and inventory alignment. What You’ll Be Doing:

Amazon Business Ownership

Own the Amazon channel P&L, driving revenue growth and margin performance. Develop and execute the Amazon growth strategy across key product categories. Monitor performance across sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics. Sales & Commercial Strategy

Identify opportunities to grow the business through pricing, promotions, assortment expansion, and merchandising optimization. Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company revenue targets. Analyze competitive activity, category trends, and consumer behavior to inform strategy. Lead Amazon promotional planning including seasonal events and retail moments. Optimize pricing strategy to drive growth while maintaining brand positioning and profitability. Forecasting & Inventory Alignment

Partner closely with demand planning and supply chain teams to support accurate sales forecasting. Provide inputs on promotional lifts, seasonality, and new product launches. Monitor inventory health, in-stock rates, and weeks of supply to minimize stock-outs and support growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and media teams to align advertising with commercial objectives. Partner with analytics teams to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support product launches and promotional execution. What We’re Looking For:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience : 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace account management. Direct experience managing an Amazon business with revenue responsibility. Strong commercial mindset with experience managing sales targets and channel performance. Experience working with forecasting, demand planning, or inventory management. Strong analytical skills and technical savvy with Microsoft Office, strong Excel ability, Amazon Seller Central and data analysis tools. Accountability:

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and incentives. The base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000- $120,000 but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
