About Us EWS is looking to add a motivated, energetic Counter / Inside Sales Representative to our growing company. The ideal applicant will deliver excellent customer service to telephone and walk-in customers, provide quick and accurate information regarding our products and services, will have a willingness to learn our products, and grow with the company.
This is an in-person position, located in Evansville, IN.

Job Duties
Greet customers in a polite manner when entering the store or answering the phone
Present and explain products and services to customers and assist in meeting their needs through all stages of each sales transaction
Work with Outside Sales Representatives to establish delivery schedules, process orders, and other tasks as required to meet the needs of all customers
Handle cash and charge transactions
Set up showroom product displays, stock shelves, and maintain general condition of the showroom
Meet with sales representatives regarding orders, new product introductions, application issues, defective products, product promotions, and service concerns
Comply with company safety policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills
Welding and/or compressed gas experience a plus
Ability to operate forklift preferred but not necessary
Able to move compressed gas cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.)
Computer and math skills
2 yrs customer service experience preferred
