Role Description The Law Firm of Andrew M. Stengel is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Law Paralegal. This on-site position, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, involves conducting client intake, drafting and preparing legal documents, supporting attorneys in trial preparation, reviewing and managing case documents, and conducting legal research. The Paralegal will provide critical organizational and administrative support to facilitate the litigation process and ensure case accuracy and compliance with legal protocols.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience at a personal injury law firm in New York (applications will not be considered without this qualification)
Strong knowledge of law and expertise in legal document preparation, including pleadings and motions
Proficient in legal research and document review
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with legal management software and tools is a plus
Experience working in personal injury law or civil rights cases is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required
