Role As a Somerpointe In-House Sales Agent your role is focused on conducting face‑to‑face sales presentations with our existing owners while sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and providing prospective guests the information on our vacation ownership product options.
Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations with our existing owners while sharing the benefits of vacation ownership.
Generate sales through sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and using proper closing techniques.
Provide prospective owners information on our vacation ownership product options.
Provide prospective owners a full and complete walking tour of Tahiti Village as set out in the sales process.
Ensure the sales process is adhered to once the initial sales training is complete.
Maintain sales results at an acceptable level as determined by management.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years In‑House sales experience.
Must have effective oral and written English communication skills.
Must be able to maintain a calm friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.
Required to obtain or have a Nevada TSA or Real Estate License.
