Starting salary beginning at $26,000.00 plus monthly commission
Monthly commissions can significantly enhance your earnings, with the possibility of reaching over $75,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments in a timely manner.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and happily.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
Willing to work a five-day workweek in the office that includes Saturdays, with a different day off during the week
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit necessary
Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Previous experience in automotive sales or automotive internet sales experience is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
