Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Inside Sales Intern

to support our Inside Sales team with CRM administration and sales operations initiatives. This internship offers hands‑on experience working with HubSpot, supporting data integrity efforts, and gaining exposure to Inside Sales processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with specification administration work, including entering and maintaining Specifications account data in HubSpot

Support execution of HubSpot AIP initiatives, including database clean‑up and transition activities

Provide general Inside Sales support to the team as needed

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems

Collaborate with Inside Sales team members on special projects and ongoing initiatives

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working with data and learning CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team

Strong communication and time‑management skills
