Compensation $50,000-$60,000/ Salary DOE
Status Full-Time, W2 Employee
Schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
About The Role We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic DME Account Executive to join our Triton Supply Team. A DME Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing referral sources and customers such as hospitals, physician offices, case managers, discharge planners, long‑term care facilities, and home health agencies. The focus is on account retention, service quality, and revenue growth within assigned territories.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Manage and grow 20‑30 assigned accounts to meet revenue targets
Maintain relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, clinics, etc.)
Conduct regular in‑person visits and service calls
Educate providers on DME products and services (e.g., mobility equipment, respiratory devices, hospital beds, etc.)
Resolve service issues, billing concerns, and equipment‑related problems
Coordinate with intake, billing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and reimbursement
Track referrals, monitor conversion rates, and maintain CRM documentation
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance guidelines
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities

Qualifications
To thrive in the role of DME Account Executive you must:
Have strong relationship‑building and customer service skills
Knowledge of insurance reimbursement and documentation requirements
Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Territory management experience
Sales and revenue tracking abilityRequires 2–5+ years in DME, healthcare sales, or medical account management.
Possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable automobile.
Provide proof of current automobile insurance (MVR required).
Have a clear negative TB test.
